Govt establishes National Centre for Good Governance

Shri V. Narayanasamy, Minister of State in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions and Prime Minister’s Office has set up the National Centre for Good Governance by upgrading National Institute of Administrative Research (NIAR), Mussorrie and renamed it as NCGG. NCGG was inaugurated and given a governing body with Cabinet Secretary as the Chairman. NCGG would also have a 12 member’s management committee with Secretary (Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) as the chairperson.
