PROJECTS:In 2009-10, two impact assessment and one baseline study were conducted. These studies are as under:

Impact Assessment of JnNURM’s e-Governance Reforms:A total of 4 Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) / municipalities namely New Delhi Municipal Corporation-NDMC, Bombay Municipal Corporation-BMC, Greater Hyderabad Municipal CorporationGHMC, Kolkata Municipal Corporation-KMC were assessed in the study. India Institute of Management Ahmadabad (IIMA) worked as the Knowledge Partner for all these assessment studies. The institution was responsible for the overall methodology, framework, sampling and survey instruments for the studies conducted.
